Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of aevantos.com. “We” means Aevantos, of Valsad, Gujarat 396007, India, registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as UDYAM-GJ-25-0097977. Our full registered address is available on request and is stated on any contract we enter into. By using the site you accept these terms.

Any prices shown on this site are starting points and estimates, not quotations and not an offer capable of acceptance. What you pay depends on scope, and is fixed only in a signed Statement of Work.

All engagements are subject to a written Statement of Work and our Master Services Agreement. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Services supplied to clients outside India may be zero-rated as export of services, subject to conditions; Indian clients are charged GST at the applicable rate. Clients are responsible for any withholding tax or reverse-charge obligations in their own jurisdiction. We may revise published pricing at any time; the price in a signed Statement of Work governs.

Descriptions of our services on this site are summaries for information. Specific deliverables, timelines, acceptance criteria, support hours and service levels are defined per engagement in the applicable Statement of Work and service schedule.

Aevantos is not a CPA firm and does not issue SOC 2 reports or any audit opinion. Where we refer to SOC 2 readiness, we mean controls design, evidence and audit liaison; the audit itself is performed by an independent licensed auditor, and we do not guarantee any audit outcome.

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully or to send unsolicited communications;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data;
• probe, scan or test the site's security without our prior written permission;
• submit false information, or another person's details without their consent;
• scrape, republish or resell site content without permission.

We may rate-limit, suspend or block access to protect the service.

The site, its content, and the Aevantos, SIAARU, Everra Legal and Swasthyaayu names, logos and marks are ours or our licensors'. Nothing on the site transfers any right in them to you.

Ownership of work produced for clients is governed by the engagement contract. As a rule, rights in delivered work transfer to the client on full payment.

The site links to other sites we operate and to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we do not control.

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and any figures shown for illustration are not a guarantee of past or future performance. Availability commitments, where offered, are defined in a signed service level agreement and nowhere else.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability arising from client engagements is governed by the engagement contract.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Valsad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
