Privacy Policy

Aevantos (“we”, “us”) provides software engineering and IT services, and operates the SaaS products SIAARU, Everra Legal and Swasthyaayu. We are the data controller for personal data collected through aevantos.com.

Registered entity: Aevantos, Valsad, Gujarat 396007, India. Registered with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as UDYAM-GJ-25-0097977. Our full registered address is available on request and is provided on any invoice or contract we issue. Contact: info@aevantos.com.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, register to watch our film, or subscribe to updates, we collect your name, email address and — if you choose to provide it — your company name, the service you are interested in, and your message.

Usage information. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and collects aggregated, pseudonymous page-view and performance data. It does not track you across other websites.

Browser storage. We store two small values in your browser to make the site work: aev-visited (so the intro animation does not replay on every visit) and aev-video-access (so you are not asked to register twice for the film). These are strictly necessary for functionality you requested, are not used for advertising, and are not shared.

• To reply to you — because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and in our legitimate interest to respond to enquiries.
• To give you access to the film — to deliver the thing you asked for.
• To send you marketing updates — only where you have given separate, opt-in consent. We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you contacted us or watched the film.
• To keep the site secure and working — our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and improving performance.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and cookieless analytics
• GoDaddy / Titan — business email hosting

Where personal data is transferred outside your country — including to India, where we are based — we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries and their correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we are working together, in which case retention is governed by our engagement contract. Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: aggregated and retained by Vercel under their retention policy.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are in India you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Our Grievance Officer is reachable at the address above or at the email address given here.

Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@aevantos.com. We action unsubscribe requests promptly and always within 10 business days.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and the principle of least privilege. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you directly where we can.
