Aevantos pricing — priced by scope, not by seat

Pricing

Priced by scope, not by seat

Fixed-scope builds or an ongoing engineering partnership — whichever fits the work.

Every price is a starting point, not a quote. What you pay depends on scope. Annual billing is ten months for twelve.

What moves the price

  • Team size and how many workstreams run in parallel
  • Systems to integrate (ERP, payments, legacy data migration)
  • Mobile apps alongside web
  • Regulated data and the compliance evidence it requires
  • Support hours and response times you need

Penetration testing, a prioritised remediation plan and infrastructure hardening.

Questions

The questions worth asking us

Including the ones we would rather you asked now than found out later.

How big is Aevantos?

Small and founder-led. We are an early-stage company, and the people who designed and built the products are the people you will work with. That means quick decisions and direct access — and it means we are not the right choice if your procurement requires a supplier with hundreds of staff.

Do you hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

No. We deliver SOC 2 readiness as a service for clients, but we do not hold either certification ourselves and will not imply otherwise. What we can show you is the architecture — read-only integrations, encrypted credentials, tenant isolation and audit trails — and answer a security questionnaire on it.

Who owns the code you write for us?

You do. Work produced under a statement of work is yours on payment, assigned in writing in the master services agreement. Our own products stay ours, and anything we reuse from them is licensed to you rather than sold as bespoke work.

What happens if you stop trading?

A fair question to ask a small supplier. Source code and infrastructure-as-code live in your own repositories and cloud accounts wherever the engagement allows, so nothing critical depends on us continuing to exist. Where that is not possible we will agree an escrow or handover arrangement before the work starts.

Can we start small?

That is usually how we would prefer to start. A short scoped pilot on one site, one lane or one workflow, measured against a number you already track, tells both of us more than a long proposal — and it is priced so that stopping is inexpensive.

Are the products actually live?

Yes, and all four are public. SIAARU, Everra Legal, Swasthyaayu and Forsja can each be opened and inspected before you speak to us. Where a module is still in build, the product's own site says so.

Ready to build what's next?

Tell us where you want to go. We'll bring the engineering to get you there.
